How we handle information
This notice explains what AICONIC LLC collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
To respond to enquiries, provide and operate the service, bill for it, improve it, keep it secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with service providers who help us deliver the service, or where required by law.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in on our contact form or when booking a call, AICONIC LLC may send you text messages: non-marketing messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up about your enquiry, and — only if you separately opt in — marketing messages about offers, discounts and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use third-party providers for hosting, email, messaging, telephony, analytics and payments. Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices. Data may be processed in the United States.
Enquiry records: up to twenty-four months. Client records: for the life of the engagement plus seven years for tax and legal purposes, unless you ask us to delete sooner and we have no legal reason to retain them.
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing hello@getaiconic.com. We respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and exercising them will never cost you the service or a worse price.
Where we process contact data on behalf of a client, the client is the controller of that data and is responsible for having a lawful basis and valid consent for it. We act on the client's instructions.
The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
